An information meeting was held for students who qualified to participate in the Orhun Exchange Program's student mobility program in the 2026-2027 academic year.

The meeting, held in the Senate Hall of Artvin Çoruh University Rectorate, was chaired by Dr. Hakan GÜLTEKİN, Director of the Center for International Relations Application and Research, and Ercan SOYSAL, Coordinator of the Orhun Exchange Program.

During the meeting, Ercan SOYSAL, Coordinator of the Orhun Exchange Program, gave a comprehensive presentation to the students. The presentation provided detailed information about the program process, procedures to be completed before and after the mobility, and necessary information and documents.

Students who studied abroad under the Orhun Exchange Program last fall semester also attended the information meeting. Ata Aldemir, who studied in Azerbaijan, and Fatma Yılmaz, who studied in Kazakhstan, shared their academic and cultural experiences with the participants and offered valuable advice to the students.

Following the presentations and experience sharing, the meeting continued with a question-and-answer session. In this section, where topics of interest to the students were addressed, the experiences shared by students who had previously benefited from the program were followed with great interest by the participants.

The meeting concluded after exchanging good wishes and hopes for success.
