An informative online meeting was held on Friday, 4 July 2025, at 10.30 for students who have been accepted to Orhun Exchange Program in the 2025-2026 academic year.

The director of International Relations Application and Research Centre Dr. Faculty Member Hakan GÜLTEKİN, Orhun Exchange Program Coordinator Lec. Ercan SOYSAL, Lec. Dr. Sinem KOPARMAL from the International Student Office and 6 students who have been found eligible to participate in the program attended the meeting. In his opening speech, Dr. Faculty Member Hakan GÜLTEKİN described the aims and scope of the program, emphasising the academic and cultural benefits it will provide to the students. He also underlined the issues that need students' close attention throughout the process and the support mechanisms the centre will offer to the students in case they encounter potential problems during their study abroad. The program coordinator Lec. Ercan SOYSAL continued by informing the students about the accaptance, placement, travelling, orientation, passport and visa applications, submitting important documents, contact people and students' responsibilities. At the end of the meeting, the students had the chance to ask their questions and find out more about details that needed clarification.
